How to book a car or get a quotation?
You can get a quotation and make a quick reservation at http://www.carlay.pk or you may call at our office for quotation/booking. You can choose the vehicle of your choice by visiting our Fleet page.
What are the requirements to hire vehicle on self-driven basis?
The lessee/client must have a valid identity card/passport and driving license and would have to provide us a security deposit of PKR 30,000/- along with upfront payment of rental amount on taking possession of the vehicle.
Do I need a driver's license to hire a vehicle?
Yes, valid driving license is mandatory to hire car on self-driven basis. However, to hire chauffeur driven vehicle, driving license is not required.
Is there any deposit required to guarantee availability of vehicle?
Yes, bookings are confirmed on receipt of some advance/token payment.
How many people can I bring with me?
A four Seater vehicle is spacious enough to accommodate a small family or a group of 4-5 people.
Are your vehicles insured and what would be charged in case of an accident/damage to the vehicle for self-driven rentals?
Yes, all our vehicles are insured, however, for self-driven rental, the customer would have to cover a portion of claim from his own pocket in case of any mishap/accident which will cover both our revenue loss as well as physical loss to the vehicle. For instance, additional rent would be charged for the days for which vehicle will remain at the workshop to cover our revenue loss.
What is a day of rental?
Chauffeur driven rentals are for 12 hours; while for self-driven rentals, a rental day is considered to be of 24 hours from 12 midnight to 12 midnight. However, additional half day rent is charged if vehicle is returned after 12 midnight but before 7 AM in the morning. Full day rent is charged if vehicle is returned after 7 AM in the morning
Do you have CNG based vehicles or is there any sort of cylinder installed in your vehicles?
No, we do not have CNG vehicles and there are not any cylinders installed in any of our vehicle
What is not included in the rates?
- Fuel
- KM in excess of the rate
- Costs arising from the rental (fines, tolls, damage, etc.).
